A Tony Award winning musical of breathtaking scope, Ragtime captures the spirit of a tumultuous time in American history. Set at the dawn of the 20th century, the intertwining stories of upper crust, immigrant, and African-American families fill the stage with spectacle, syncopation and glorious song. Blind/low-vision patrons should plan to arrive by 2:30PM to receive headsets, have a chance to touch and handle selected props and costumes, and listen to the pre-show description of sets, major characters and other production elements. Aisles between rows are quite spacious and guide dogs are welcome
