Friday afternoon, a workshop with Jane Sheehan, from Guide Dog Users, Inc. Also, dinner involved. Saturday Activities:
In the morning, Exhibits of products from other vendors, service organizations from around the state, guide dog schools and BSCB member artists. Morning workshop with Mike Moran, from The Seeing Eye on nonverbal communication.
The afternoon session speakers include:
Myra Berloaf, Acting Director of the Massachusetts Office on Disability; Amy Ruell, from National Braille Press.
Dr. Steven Lockley; Commissioner David Govostes;
Steven Rothstein, New President of the Perkins School for the Blind. Followed by Elections. During evening, dinner and auction. Sunday, there will be morning activities at 8:15am and speakers start at 9am. The convention ends around 12:30pm.
